Contrada Complete Warner Music Project
Contrada have completed the refurbishment to Warner Music in Kensington Church Street, London. A new reception as well as refurbishing the post room, communal staircase, landings and the 5th floor were all carried out. Works included mechanical and electrical services, specialist graphic displays, joinery, matwel, ceilings, flooring, decorations, TV installations and data. It was carried out in phases while the building was occupied.
Contrada Complete Latest Superdry Store
Contrada have completed its third Superdry store in Maidstone Kent. The 5000 sq ft space included a strip out of the existing interior, mechanical, electrical, public health, joinery, shopfittings, flooring, decorations, specialist equipment, glazing and a new staircase.
Contrada Win CIMB Bank Berhad Head Office Refurbishment
Contrada have won the fit out of the Ground and Lower Ground floors of CIMB Bank Berhad office in Knightsbridge, London. The works will include strip out, new glazed partitioning, AC and electrical works, data, flooring and decorations. The project is due to commence on 2nd July 2010 with a 5 week programme.
Atlantic Records Headquarters Refurbishment Completed
Contrada have completed the refurbishment of the headquarters of Atlantic Records. The works, spread over 8 weeks, were completed on time and within budget. The client is very happy with the quality of the finished building, particularly the new reception. Works included electrical modifications, new partitioning, ceilings, decorations, WC’s, carpeting and a new Reception. Mr Nick Cullen, Head of Property and Facilities Management, said: ‘Just a quick note to express our sincere thanks for the excellent service that the Contrada Group provided during our recent project works. Contrada delivered our project on time and to budget. The reception and offices far exceeded our expectations and the work was carried out to an extremely high standard. Superdry Basildon Completed
Contrada have completed the new Superdry store in Basildon for Cult Retail Ltd. The project was carried out over 8 weeks and included new shop front glass, steels, oak panelling, oak flooring, specialized lighting, AC, free standing fixtures, and sprinklers.
Marylebone Station Office Project Shortlisted For BCO Award
Contrada Group’s refurbishment of the Marylebone train station building, Great Central House, has been shortlisted for the prestigious British Council for Offices regional London & South East award for Best Fit Out Project Up To 20,000 sq m. This prestigious Grade 2 Listed building was carefully refurbished to provide serviced office space including meeting rooms, small offices, carriage pods, communal kitchens and WC’s for The Office Group in 2009 whilst maintaining the building's key architectural features.
Contrada Wins Superdry Basildon Project
Contrada have won the store fit out project from Superdry at Basildon. The works commenced in March 2010 and are due for completion in May 2010. Project photos coming soon.
Contrada Wins Atlantic Records Head Office Refurbishment
Contrada Group have been awarded the refurbishment project at Atlantic Records, Kensington Court, London. The scope of works include electrical, public health, decorations, walls, joinery and flooring and span from the basement to the fourth floor office areas, communal areas, boardroom, lift, new reception and WC’s. The project began in early March and is due for completion at the end of April 2010.
Farrer & Co LLP - Refurbishment Completed
The refurbishment of Farrer & Co LLP’S offices at 56 Kingsway, Holborn, London have been successfully completed. The 9 floors have been updated to include new open plan office space, glazed meeting rooms, tea points, WC’s as well as new lifts, Air Conditioning, lighting and security.
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Project Completed
The 10th and final phase of the RICS project at their headquarters at 12 Great George Street, London SW1 was completed in May 2009. A reception to celebrate the completion of our works was held at the rooftop of the building where Contrada as well as the consultants were congratulated by the CEO, COO and President on a job well done.
AON, Farnborough - New Design and Build Project
Contrada Group have been awarded the new fit out and access improvement project at the AON Office in Farnborough. Contract Administrators and Planning Supervisors are CB Richard Ellis. Works are due to commence mid November for completion prior to Christmas. The project involves upgrade works to achieve DDA compliance as well as interior fit out.
PGA Order of Merit Event - Contrada Golf Classic
The Contrada Golf Classic, a PGA Order of Merit event, was held at Stock Brook Golf and Country Club on 12th, 13th and 14th of August 2009. Professional and amateur golfers took part in the event,with pro player Jason Levermore winning the Pro Tournament, whilst our own Julian Yorke and his team achieved an impressive fourth place in the Pro-Am tournament. Marylebone Station in the RIBA Interiors Review 2009
The recently completed refurbishment of the Grade II listed Great Central House at Marylebone Station, on behalf of the Office Group, has been accepted by the Royal Institute of British Architects to be featured in their Interiors Directory 2009. Works included creating modern meeting and office space while remaining sympathetic to the buildings wonderful character.

Marc Jacobs Completed
The new Marc Jacobs shop at South Audley St, London has been successfully completed. The shop over 2 levels opened for business at the end of April 09.
Farrer Phase 2 completed
The 2nd phase of the fit out of Farrer & Co, Imperial Buildings, London have been completed and successfully handed over to the clients satisfaction. The 3rd phase commences 11th May 09
RICS Phase 6 completed
Phases 1 to 6 of the fit out of the headquarters of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors have been successfully completed and to the quality expected of such a prestigious client. Phases 7-11 are due for completion at the end of May 09

New Project - Farrer & Co LLP, Imperial Buildings
Contrada Interiors have been awarded the refurbishment project for Farrer & Co LLP based at Imperial Buildings, London. The £2.9m project, intended to create new office and meeting space across 6 levels, will begin in November 2008 and will take 33 weeks to complete over 5 phases. Farrer & Co will occupy the space throughout, with works to include new AC and electrical services (new roof level plant, lifts, WC facilities), specialist joinery, ceilings, floor and wall finishes.
£2m Refurbishment - The Office Group, Marylebone Station
Contrada Interiors have been awarded the refurbishment of Great Central House, Marylebone Station, London on behalf of The Office Group. The £2m refurbishment of the Basement to 3rd floor of this Grade 2 listed building into serviced office space commences 14th July and is due for completion 23rd December 2008. The works include new AC, heating and electrical serices, lift, reception, specialist joinery, window renovation, flooring & decorations

RICS £3m Head Office Refurbishment
We are delighted to announce that Contrada Interiors have been awarded the prestigious refurbishment project of the Head Office of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors at 12 Great George Street, Parliament Square, London. The £3m project which is to be carried out over 7 phases, commences on 18th February 2008 and is due for completion in January 2009. Works include new lighting, AC, structural works, new lift, ceilings, specialist joinery and flooring.
Polo Ralph Lauren,233 Westbourne Grove
Contrada Interiors have completed the fit out of this highly prestigious Polo Ralph Lauren boutique in Westbourne Grove. This 8 week, £350,000 project completed on time and its high quality is worthy of the Polo Ralph Lauren design. The works included new lighting and air conditioning, complete joinery shop fit throughout, and feature joinery ceiling and wooden flooring.
New POD, Fenchurch Street
This new 2000sqft Pod restaurant project will commence early November and is due to be completed by the end of the year. Works will include new mezzanine floor, kitchen, preparation area, staff facilities and customer eating and service area.
The Place, Maidenhead
Contrada Interiors have successfully completed the £2million CAT A fit out of The Place, Bridge Avenue, Maidenhead. The key areas of works included the strip out of existing offices, new M&E services, new toilet blocks to all floors, decorations, flooring, suspended ceilings and new reception areas. Extra consideration was taken to provide a suitable working environment, due to the building being occupied throughout the works.
Marc Jacobs, Mayfair, London
Contrada Interiors have completed phase 1 works at the new Marc Jabobs store in Mayfair London. The project was completed on time and on budget and the client has praised the project. Project photos to follow shortly.
Missoni, Harrods, London
Contrada Interiors have successfully completed the new Missoni at Harrods. As with Michael Kors, this is the 1st project we have carried out for this client and the result has been highly praised. Project photos to follow shortly
Xansa's, Reading, Ground and 2nd floor completed

Following the successful completion of the 3rd floor, 67 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London WC2A, Contrada Interiors have been appointed to carry out the fit out of the 4th floor to the same building. Works are due to commence around September 2007.

Contrada Interiors are pleased to announce that they have been awarded through competitive tender the £1.5 million Cat A fit out of Lyondell House, Maidenhead. The project will commence on the 19th March 2007 for a period of 22weeks. The key areas of works include the strip out of existing offices, new M&E services, new toilet blocks to all floors, decorations, flooring, suspended ceilings and new reception areas. Extra considerations will be to provide a suitable working environment for tenents throughout the works.
Completion Farrer & Co Phase 6 basement
Contrada Interiors have completed phase 6 works at Farrer and Co 66 Lincoln's Inn Fields, in their basement area. The works were completed on time and on budget in a fully occupied building. Works included refurbishment of the dinning area, new kitchen and preparation room installation, AC, electrical and specialist joinery works. Photo's to follow shortly.
Completion of Farrer & Co New Office and Meeting Space
Contrada Interiors have successfully completed the new office and meeting area at Farrer & Co in thier Cat B fit out of 10,000 Sq ft of new office space at 67 Lincoln's Inn Fields. This work was undertaken in order to provide the client with additional tenant trading space near their head office. The project was handed over snag free, on time and on budget. The client expressed their thanks for the project and "very well done".
Mens By Appointment, Harrods
October 2006 By Appointment, Harrods Contrada have been awarded highly prestigious Mens By Appointment at Harrods, Knightsbridge. The works which will commence on 13th November will comprise of new Consultation Rooms, Lounge, Reception, Bathroom and Office areas. Completion is due 6th December 2006.
Farrer & Co New Space
Contrada Interiors have secured the Cat B fit out of the 3rd Floor, 67 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London for Farrer & Co. The works which will commence in mid November will involve new offices, reception and kitchen facilities. New Mechanical and electrical services as well as data installation, floor and wall finishes and new workstations will be carried out.

Michael Kors, Harrods, London
Contrada Interiors have successfully completed the new Michael Kors concession at Harrods. It is the 1st project we have carried out for this client and the result has been highly praised. Project photos to follow shortly.
Polo Ralph Lauren Baby Shop, Harrods, London
Contrada Interiors have successfully completed the new flagship Baby concession for Ralph Lauren on 4th Floor Harrods. Polo Ralph Lauren Wimbledon shop completed
Contrada Interiors have completed new Wimbledon Outpost shop for Polo Ralph Lauren at Harrods. The shop, which will be dismantled at the end of July, is part of a 6 year collaboration between PRL and Wimbledon Tennis Club to help promote the new sponsorship deal. Contrada Interiors are therefore expected to install the shop for each of the remaining 5 years.

New Appointment: Mark Jackson, Project Manager
We are delighted to announce that Mark Jackson has joined the organisation as Project Manager. Mark has vast experience in the fit out and refurbishment sector and will be involved with the project management on both retail and office fit out projects.
