Contrada Interiors is a fit out & refurbishment main contractor specialising
in retail, office and leisure sectors. Our Head Office location in Central London enables us to be in touch with the majority of our clients at
the heart of the London Market. We are also ideally located to access other
cities outside the capital.
We carry out all aspects of work including Mechanical & Electrical services,
Data installation, flooring, specialist joinery, ceilings, walls, security,
external renovations, glazing, access control, furniture installations and
almost any other trade.
Although the majority of our work is carried out within the M25 area we also
work across the UK and most recently in Europe.
Our work as shown on the Project sections demonstrates the high level of
quality we achieve time and time again.
Contrada Interiors takes great pride in the fact that over 75% of our work
is repeat business; a statistic which we believe demonstrates our ability to
achieve client satisfaction and deliver projects of the highest quality, on
programme and on budget.
Our target contracts range from as little as of £5,000 to £5m value. We can
operate under all forms of contract and offer both a traditional contracting
and a 'design and build' service using our in house design team.
Our team strongly believes in the importance of good communication,
flexibility, market knowledge, using reliable and trustworthy sources,
innovation and support and understanding client’s key requirements. This
approach has been crucial in developing our services.
Our teams of management include Project Managers, Operations Managers,
Construction Managers and Foremen all with years of experience in delivering
the level of quality projects our clients require.
