running all aspects of projects up to £5M. Our teams include Project
Managers, Operations Managers, Construction Managers and Foremen all with
years of experience in the industry.
Design - In house design team capable of undertaking Design and Build
projects using all forms of design programmes.
Direct Trades – We employ our own foremen, carpenters, decorators and
fixers. This direct employment of some key trades enables more control of
our projects while working alongside sub contractor trades.
Occupied Buildings - Ability to work in occupied buildings with sensitive
business restrictions.
Programming – In house programmer who schedules the project activities for
optimum efficiency.
Services Management – Our Services Managers are capable in all areas of
Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and other specialist building
services.
Cost Management – Commercial Managers are used on all projects to control
costs and ensure the client achieves value for money. We also carry out
pre-contract budget assessments, proposing recommendations to enhance a
project's cost efficiency.
