Contrada Group achieved ISO 9001 accreditation in May 2006. Our management system uses different key performance indicators to ensure that the company's objectives are continually being met and maintained.
Using this system, we can see where we are doing well and where we are not and therefore act on improving areas quickly and effectively. The aim is to ensure that we continue to provide our valued clients with an excellent service in all areas. Part of this management is our post contract client questionnaire which gives us the chance to see exactly how well we have achieved against our promises. |
