Fit out of the ground floor of Xansa PLC’s Birmingham offices. The works involved stripping out offices, floor finishes, ceilings and doors and newly configured offices adapting AC, lighting, data, power, access control and fire alarm system to suit. New carpeting, decorations and ceilings were also installed. All the works were carried out in an occupied building under noise and dust restrictions. This and the previous project in Manchester has helped Contrada justify its inclusion on all Xansa PLC’s national tender lists.
